RSA: Authentication Manager
WORK COMPLETED IN 2007 - 2013
RSA offers a suite of security solutions products. One of them is called Authentication Manager. It's a virtual appliance authentication product that was redesigned in 2007.
I worked on the UX for a variety of workflows as well as a creating a modernizing the brand with applying different visual design treatments and building the css in sass.
Personas and design principles that were created specifically for Authentication Manager, informed the design - along with several usability tests. Tools used in testing were Morae and Captivate.

As RSA acquired other companies (cloud based) the first feature/product they integrated was a reporting tool. This meant workflows from AM had to migrated and reproduced with a whole new framework and delivery mechanism. As the principal UX designer, I led the UX an visual design pieces.
