The Wellness Dashboard provides a comprehensive 360° health view of the HPE GreenLake Edge-to-Cloud platform. This translates to actionable insights you can use to prevent issues, minimize downtime and optimize costs.
The dashboard prioritizes critical events, eliminates unnecessary alerts and streamlines root cause analysis. The result would be improved IT efficiency, reduced risk, and faster business agility.
WORK COMPLETED IN 2023 - 2024
My role on this project was to review my team’s Research and Voice of the Customer Feedback to ensure that PM and Tech & Incubation were providing use cases that would improve our GTM Strategy as well as solve our customer’s problems. Multiple consultations with Fellows at HPE helped to provide content engineering strategies around our AI integrations to surface important metrics that could be discoverable by customers on the dashboard but also available within different services pages.
